Matt Smith

Matthew Smith is a multifamily broker based out of Marcus & Millichap's Birmingham office. With over five years of real estate brokerage experience, Matt brings an analytical approach to each deal. It all starts with understanding the current and historical trends within each individual market and submarket. Using this information helps Matt advise his clients on best practices with their assets.

Originally from Jackson, Mississippi, Matthew graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2017 with a degree in Finance-Real Estate. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with family, golfing, hunting, fishing, and going to Ole Miss sporting events.
