Mark Litwack

Mark Litwack joined MMCC’s New Jersey office in September 2024 and is responsible for placing debt and equity for commercial real estate clients utilizing a wide range of lending sources, including banks, debt funds, life companies, CMBS, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD.

Prior to joining MMCC, Mark was a Vice President of originations for Meridian Capital Group. During his tenure at MCG, he utilized his strong client and lender relationships to originate and close over $2 billion in financing for transactions primarily in the multifamily space, in addition to industrial, office, retail and self-storage.

Mark is a graduate of Beth Medrash Govoha where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Talmudic Law.
