Mark Hefner is a real estate investment professional with over 30 years of experience supporting investors and occupiers as they navigate commercial real estate markets.

Mark focuses on delivering unique, timely and desirable opportunities, insights and execution to commercial real estate investors and occupiers locally, regionally, and nationally that align with their goals and objectives.

Mark has closed more than 1,000 sales and lease transactions valued at over than $1.5 billion. His real estate investment assignments have included land acquisition, suburban and tech office campuses, industrial parks and high-rise developments.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, he has been a shareholder, co-founder, owner, and senior leader of several other national and regional real estate companies.
