Mark Angelo J. Kazanjian

Mark Angelo (Marko) Kazanjian is an industry leading capital markets professional, responsible for raising debt and equity for owners and operators of multifamily, industrial, retail, office, hospitality, single tenant and land. Specifically focusing on structured debt, Marko has transacted billions in financing during his career.

Prior to joining IPA Capital Markets, a division of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC), Marko served as a Managing Director at JLL and a Director at Meridian Capital. He is a New York board member of both ICSC Next Gen as well as the Young Mortgage Bankers Association. In 2016, Marko was named “Up and Comer” award for YMBA and in 2019 Commercial Observer named him “Top Young Professional” in debt and equity financing.

Marko earned a bachelor’s degree in international relations and international business from Rollins College.
