Marc Cesarec

Vice President, Capital Markets

Marc Cesarec joined the Encino office of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) in 2019. As a Vice President with MMCC, Mr. Cesarec is responsible for securing commercial debt and equity financing for an array of property types including multifamily, office and industrial, retail, seniors housing and hospitality. He is well connected with national, regional and local funding sources including, but not limited to, agency lenders (E.g. Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), commercial banks, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies, private and public funds and bridge lenders.

Mr. Cesarec has more than 10 years of commercial real estate finance experience and has closed more than $800 million in transactions. Prior to joining MMCC, Mr. Cesarec served as Commercial Real Estate Business Development Officer with one of the largest credit unions in California. He has over 20 years of national loan origination and management experience including commercial, residential, and consumer.

Mr. Cesarec is a graduate of University of Redlands, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance and a Whitehead Leadership Society Member. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Mortgage Bankers Association(MBA), and volunteer for The Hirshberg Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research.
