Luke Nitschke

Luke Nitschke is a commercial real estate agent with Marcus & Millichap based in Tampa, Florida, specializing in single-tenant net-lease properties. He advises property owners and investors on investment sales, representing buyers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of net-leased assets across Florida. His work is centered on delivering clear guidance around pricing, tenant credit and long-term investment strategy.

Originally from Covington, Louisiana, Nitschke earned a Bachelor of Finance with honors from Montana State University’s Jake Jabs College of Business, where he built a strong foundation in real estate and financial analysis. He began investing early, acquiring a multifamily property as a freshman and expanding that effort into a growing portfolio. He also competed on Montana State’s 2024 MCLA Division II National Championship lacrosse team, developing leadership, discipline and a team-oriented mindset.

Nitschke joined Marcus & Millichap through the firm’s William A. Millichap Fellowship program, a selective development track focused on mentorship, financial modeling and hands-on transaction experience. Outside the office, he enjoys skiing, exploring the outdoors, engaging in personal finance and economic education, and staying active in his local church.
