Luke Nitschke

Originally from Louisiana, Luke Nitschke moved to Montana to attend Montana State University's Jake Jabs College of Business, where he earned a Bachelor of Finance with honors and discovered his passion for real estate. As a freshman, he made his first foray into investing by acquiring a multifamily property - a venture that has since grown into a successful portfolio of assets. Alongside his academic and entrepreneurial achievements, Luke was also a standout athlete, playing on the 2024 MCLA Division II National Champion lacrosse team at Montana State, where he developed strong leadership, perseverance, and teamwork skills.

Luke joined Marcus & Millichap as a Corporate Fellow, participating in the highly selective William A. Millichap Fellowship program. A selective development program that combines hands-on deal experience, mentorship, financial modeling, and specialized training. Now, as a dedicated advisor in net-lease retail, he focuses on both single- and multi-tenant properties-leveraging his educational background and direct investment experience to guide clients through strategic acquisitions and dispositions.

Outside the office, Luke enjoys skiing, exploring the outdoors, engaging in personal finance and economic education, and playing an active role in his local church.
