Luke Bianchino

Luke Bianchino specializes in the sale of multifamily and mixed-use investment properties throughout the greater Philadelphia area, specifically Center City. Based in Marcus & Millichap’s Philadelphia office, Luke is a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania. Since joining Marcus & Millichap in August 2020, Luke has exclusively listed and sold over 670 multifamily units, valued at more than $86 million. Luke was promoted to Associate Director Investments in 2025. During the course of his real estate career, Luke has earned numerous performance awards including Rookie of the Year Award (2021) and ranked among the highest producing agents in the Philadelphia office in 2025, coming in at #10. Luke graduated with a B.A. in Economics from The University of Delaware. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, he worked at a brokerage and development firm in Wilmington, Delaware. Outside of work, Luke enjoys basketball, golf, lacrosse and traveling. He actively engages in volunteer activities and fundraising for local organizations, including Meals on Wheels America, and the B+ Foundation – A children’s cancer charity that helps kids through financial assistance, research, and advocacy.
