Luis Sanchez Rodriguez combines military leadership, entrepreneurial investing, and institutional real estate advisory expertise to serve industrial property owners and investors throughout Central Florida. As an Industrial Investment Specialist, Luis focuses on warehouse, logistics, distribution, and small-bay flex assets, helping clients identify opportunities, execute acquisitions and dispositions, and achieve long-term investment objectives.

A Florida native and 12-year United States Air Force veteran, Luis led teams of more than 25 Airmen and earned four military decorations during his service. His military experience instilled the discipline, accountability, and mission-focused approach that now define his commitment to client success. He also holds a degree in Information Systems Management, utilizing technology and data analytics to uncover market opportunities and create competitive advantages for his clients.

Beyond brokerage, Luis is an active real estate investor who owns multiple investment properties, giving him a firsthand understanding of the challenges and rewards faced by property owners and investors.
