Luigi Lessa

Luigi Lessa is a Director of Investments at Marcus & Millichap's Boston office, specializing in industrial and office properties in the Boston-North Market. He advises private and institutional clients on acquisitions, dispositions, valuation, and deal structuring, with a focus on the private client market between $1 million and $20 million.

Luigi joined Marcus & Millichap in 2019 through the firm's Sales Intern Program, offered to fewer than 5% of incoming agents. He built his practice around hyper-specialization in industrial real estate at a time when focused advisory in that sector was largely absent from the market. Today, he leads his team alongside Mattias Edenkrans, covering the Boston-North corridor as one of the top producing industrial teams in the region. To date, Luigi has closed more than 2.5 million square feet of industrial and office transactions totaling over $220 million in volume.

Luigi holds a dual degree in Business Administration and Philosophy from Boston University, where he was an active member of the Real Estate Club. Outside of work, he is interested in food, golf, and auto racing.
