Luca DeLancellotti

Luca deLancellotti joined Marcus & Millichap as a Corporate Fellow in the firm’s highly selective William A. Millichap Fellowship Program. As part of the New York Industrial Team, he specializes in the Queens market with particular expertise in industrial assets and redevelopment opportunities.

A graduate of Trinity College with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Italian Studies, Luca was also a member of the football team, where he was a two-time NESCAC champion and captain of the 2024 squad. His leadership on the field, competitive drive, and ability to perform under pressure now define his approach to navigating the fast-paced and competitive New York City investment sales market.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Luca built a strong foundation in real estate through internships with leading brokerage firms, contributing to high-profile transactions across New York City. These experiences, combined with his athletic background, have shaped his results-driven mindset and commitment to delivering value for his clients.
