Logan White

Logan White is an associate investments specialist located in Marcus & Millichap’s Austin office. Logan advises investors through the entire holding cycle – from acquisition to disposition – of multifamily properties, with a focus on secondary and tertiary markets across Texas. Logan leverages deep market knowledge and strong analytical capabilities to create value for his clients at each stage of the investment cycle.
Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Logan worked as an acquisitions analyst with the Amherst Group, where he played a key role in acquiring and managing over $200 million worth of single-family rental assets. Before moving to Austin, he worked as an industrial leasing and sales broker in Tucson, Arizona.
Originally from Scottsdale, Arizona, Logan earned a master’s degree in real estate development and a bachelor’s degree in regional and urban planning from the University of Arizona. He is an active participant in RECA Knockout Night and enjoys boating, paddle boarding and hiking in his free time.
