Lidia Grasso, of Marcus & Millichap’s Newport Beach Office, specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant industrial assets nationwide in all major MSAs.

The area of focus is engineering innovative advisory solutions designed to bridge client’s objectives of today with their goals of the future.

On the Sell side it involves industrial disposition, sale/leaseback advisory services and/or capital markets debt structuring. This is achieved through collaborating with business owners, high net worth individuals, capital groups and equity funds throughout the nation.

On the Buy side the objective is placement of 1031 exchange and California capital into industrial properties throughout the United States, and repositioning client’s investment portfolio with the goal of achieving higher returns. This is achieved through collaboration with major developers and key players in each given major MSA.
