Liam Newell

Liam Newell is an Investment Sales Associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Philadelphia office, where he specializes in the sale and acquisition of multifamily and mixed-use investment properties throughout the Greater Philadelphia region. Liam represents private investors, advising them on valuation, underwriting, and transaction strategy with a focus on identifying value-add opportunities and long-term growth potential across both core and emerging submarkets.

Based in the Philadelphia area, Liam earned his Bachelor of Science from Penn State University. He maintains a strong interest in real estate investing and market analytics and is committed to continually expanding his expertise within the Philadelphia MSA.

Outside of work, Liam enjoys hunting, fishing, and powerlifting, and values the discipline and consistency those pursuits bring to both his personal and professional life
