Lazarus Apostolidis

Lazarus Apostolidis is a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker specializing in the disposition of multifamily and mixed-use properties along with development sites.

In January of 2010, he started working out of Marcus & Millichap's Brooklyn Office and in 2012 transferred to the Manhattan office. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Lazarus worked for a Community Bank out of Queens. His primary responsibilities included underwriting CRE loan applications on Multi-family, Mixed-use, and Retail properties and managing and existing portfolio of loans throughout NYC.

Lazarus is a member of the National Multi-Housing Group. He has a degree from the American College (Anatolia) of Thessaloniki, with a major in Finance. In his spare time, Lazarus enjoys being with his family and friends. He also enjoys traveling and being involved in outdoor activities such as jogging, mountain hiking, and snowboarding.
