Ky Silverman is a commercial real estate agent based in Marcus & Millichap's Phoenix office, specializing in multi-tenant retail investment sales. He advises private investors and property owners on the acquisition and disposition of retail investment properties throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area.

Before joining Marcus & Millichap in 2026, Ky worked in luxury golf and hospitality at The Los Angeles Country Club and The Bridges at Rancho Santa Fe. Those experiences strengthened his ability to anticipate client needs, communicate effectively and earn the trust of discerning clientele. A Scottsdale, Arizona, native; he is active in the community through volunteer work with his local church, Foothills Animal Shelter and other organizations serving the Valley. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, travel and spending time with family.
