Kristopher Krise

Kristopher joined the Sacramento office of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) in March 2025. He is active in securing commercial debt and equity financing for an array of property types including multifamily, office and industrial, retail, self-storage and hospitality. He is well connected with national, regional and local capital sources including commercial banks, agency lenders (e.g. Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), CMBS lenders, life insurance companies and debt funds.

Prior to joining MMCC, Kristopher served as a Capital Markets Advisor with Gallelli Real Estate. He was also previously a loan originator & analyst with MMCC in Encino, California from 2013-2018.

Prior to his business career, Kristopher was drafted and pitched in the Los Angeles Dodgers organization. In his spare time, he coaches his son’s youth travel baseball team as well as the organization’s 10U-15U pitchers.
