Kevin Prouty

Kevin Prouty joined the Denver office of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation in January 2026. Mr. Prouty is responsible for securing debt and equity financing for an array of property types with particular focus on multifamily as well as office, industrial, retail, and hospitality properties. He is well connected with national, regional and local capital sources including agency lenders (e.g. Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), national and regional banking institutions, life insurance companies, CMBS providers and debt funds.

Prior to joining MMCC, Mr. Prouty served as a Vice President with CBRE in Tucson, AZ. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona, where he earned a bachelor's degree in economics. He holds a real estate license in Arizona and is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association.
