Kevin Elliott

Kevin Elliott joined Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) in April 2016. Kevin is dedicated to helping clients achieve their investment goals through tailored debt and equity financing solutions. He specializes in structuring capital for a wide range of property types, including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, senior housing and hospitality.

Kevin leverages strong relationships with agency lenders (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), banks, CMBS lenders, life companies and private capital sources to deliver competitive financing options that align with each client’s unique objectives. With over a decade of experience and more than $550 million in closed transactions, Kevin brings deep market knowledge and a client-first approach to every engagement.

Prior to MMCC, Kevin worked with Marcus & Millichap’s National Multi-Housing Group, advising clients on San Diego multifamily investments. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Arizona, with a minor in Business and an associate’s degree in Entrepreneurship.
