Kent P. Myers is a commercial real estate agent based in Marcus & Millichap’s Austin, Texas, office. Specializing in multifamily investment sales, he advises private investors, property owners and institutions on multifamily property transactions, distressed debt sales and whole loan opportunities throughout Texas.

With more than 20 years of Texas commercial real estate experience, Myers has built a track record spanning more than 25,000 apartment units sold across 44 cities, including every major metropolitan market in the state. Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2006, he has advised clients on acquisitions, dispositions and complex distressed debt situations, drawing on extensive market knowledge and transaction experience. As an active multifamily investor himself, he brings an ownership perspective that helps clients evaluate opportunities, navigate challenges and maximize asset value.

Myers is consistently recognized among the firm's top-producing agents in Texas. Originally from the Houston area, Myers was a real estate investor before joining Marcus & Millichap. Outside of commercial real estate, he has competed internationally in road and mountain bicycle racing. When not working with clients, he enjoys spending time on Lake Austin.
