Ken Jacobsmeyer

Ken Jacobsmeyer joined Marcus & Millichap in 2016, and was instrumental in opening the firm’s Baton Rouge office. In January 2024, he moved back to his hometown and joined the St. Louis office where he will lead a Net-Leased team focused on Retail & Industrial properties throughout the Midwest and South. Ken is a skilled and experienced investment specialist with over 15 years in the real estate business. No matter the price points, he works to evaluate, negotiate, and execute maximum value for all clients. Ken understands this is a relationship-driven business, which he believes is best done through his three core principles: Honesty, Integrity, and Trust.

Ken graduated from Lindenwood University with a Business Degree, and was an All-American Athlete as a member of the Ice Hockey Team. In 2008, he began his real estate journey working for a developer in the residential, retail, and industrial sectors. Ken’s vast experience allowed him to play active roles in the management & development of multi-million-dollar projects throughout the Louisiana area.

Outside of business, Ken is married to his beautiful wife and has three children. He enjoys playing hockey and golf, and is an avid St. Louis Blues and LSU Football fan.
