Kelsey Olsen

Kelsey Olsen is a land and redevelopment specialist at the firm's Houston office. As a land investment sales agent, Ms. Olsen exclusively represents buyers and sellers of investment properties in the Fort Bend County area. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Ms. Olsen worked in the service industry, where she developed a strong commitment to providing high-quality service to her customers. Her background has contributed to her success, as Ms. Olsen is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their real estate goals and providing them with valuable information about new developments and market conditions.


Ms. Olsen gained a passion for land while obtaining her Bachelor of Sciences degree in Agricultural Economics: Finance and Real Estate from Texas A&M University. During her time at Texas A&M, Ms. Olsen was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma, where she participated in a variety of social and philanthropic activities. She also enjoyed playing intramural volleyball and staying involved in the Texas A&M community. In her free time, Ms. Olsen enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, watching sports, hanging out with friends, and traveling.
