Kelcey is a member of the Kiven team and is a multi-tenant retail specialist across the Midwest. She is part of a team that has closed over $300,000,000 worth of investment real estate transactions over the last 10 years.

With a passion for building lasting relationships, Kelcey is dedicated to guiding investors through every step of the transaction process with integrity, transparency and results-driven focus. Kelcey specializes in selling anchored and unanchored neighborhood retail centers with strong fundamentals located in secondary Midwestern markets.

Kelcey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
