Keith P. Fraser

Keith Fraser is an investment sales advisor with Marcus & Millichap, specializing in multifamily assets throughout the Phoenix Metropolitan Statistical Area, with a focused emphasis on the West Valley submarkets. He works closely with private investors and property owners in the 4–99 unit space, providing market insights, valuation guidance, and strategic advisory services to help clients maximize asset value and execute successful transactions.

Keith brings a disciplined, client-first approach to the business, backed by a strong foundation in finance, economics, and marketing. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from Manhattan College, where he also earned his undergraduate degree in Marketing. During his time at Manhattan College, Keith was a five-year NCAA Division I lacrosse player, an experience that instilled a high level of competitiveness, resilience, and commitment, qualities he applies daily in his brokerage practice.
