Keith Irvin

Keith Irvin is an investment advisor based out of Marcus & Millichap’s Nashville office, specializing in land transactions throughout the Southeast. He advises landowners and investors on land acquisition, disposition and valuation strategies, with a focus on helping clients navigate opportunities in a complex segment of commercial real estate.

Before transitioning to commercial real estate, Keith spent more than 35 years with Ford Motor Credit Company, where he held senior leadership roles overseeing P&L performance, operations, sales & marketing, and commercial lending. That background gives him a disciplined approach to evaluating risk, positioning assets, and maximizing value for clients.

Keith earned a business management degree from Troy University and served six years in the Army National Guard. He has been active in community service through youth sports coaching and support for organizations including the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, JDRF, United Way, Junior Achievement, Meals on Wheels, and Ford’s Community Relations Committee’s.
