Keith Lloyd, in the Houston office of Marcus & Millichap, has over 39 years of experience specializing in investment/user sales and tenant representation. He is known for demonstrated leadership and consistent, proven performance. His approach reflects a strong ability to assess each client’s unique business and economic needs. Keith remains actively involved throughout every phase of the real estate transaction.

He joined Marcus & Millichap in 2014 as an Investment Sales Professional. He believes that the firm's platform and resources are unmatched in delivering client results. Keith has received multiple awards at Marcus & Millichap, including the company’s prestigious National Achievement Award in 2022 and 2024. He was also ranked among the firm’s top-performing office advisors nationwide - No. 7 in 2022, No. 2 in 2023, and No. 1 in 2024.

Keith joined a boutique real estate firm in 1986, where he was recognized as Top Producer in 1991 and 1992. In 1993, he moved to Grubb & Ellis, earning the title of “Rookie of the Year” in 1994 and going on to become a Top Ten Advisor for 16 out of 19 years with the firm and its acquirer, Newmark Knight Frank. Throughout his 21+ year tenure, Keith was a five-time Circle of Excellence honoree (2001, 2003, 2007, 2008, 2012), an award given to the Top 100 agents nationwide. He also served as a featured speaker at the firm’s Houston Real Estate Forecast Breakfast. Keith was recognized by the Houston Business Journal as a three-time “Heavy Hitter” in the Houston commercial real estate industry. He holds a degree in Real Estate and Urban Development from the University of Georgia and is an active member of NAIOP, staying connected to current industry standards and professional development.
