Katherine started with Marcus & Millichap in 2000. In 2003, Katherine was promoted to Vice President of Investments and is consistently a top producer within the firm. Katherine has successfully listed and sold many types of commercial buildings which include office buildings, retail centers, net leased investments, industrial buildings with an emphasis on multi-family. She is extremely knowledgeable with investor requirements and local market conditions and has many articles published in the marketplace.

Katherine exemplifies the firm's philosophy of maximizing value for each and every client. Through her focus on client objectives and detailed transaction management, she delivers superior results for private and institutional investors. Prior to her affiliation with Marcus & Millichap, Katherine was a Senior Vice President at another major commercial real estate firm for 12 years where she achieved numerous awards of national recognition.
