Kat Piper is an Industrial Commercial Real Estate specialist based in Marcus & Millichap's prestigious Century City office. As a member of the DIG Industrial Group, she has a sole and complete focus on the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant, multi-tenant, and Sale-Leaseback industrial assets in the Orange County and Southern California markets. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from UCLA and earned degrees in Psychology, Sociology, and Theater. Her academic rigor and analytical skills form the foundation of the thoughtful, detail-oriented approach she applies to every client relationship.

Prior to entering commercial real estate, Kat built a successful career in high-level sales and operations, managing multi-million-dollar retail businesses and leading diverse, results-driven teams. This experience provided her with a strong expertise in market strategy, negotiation, and delivering exceptional client service.

Known for her professionalism, work ethic, and client-first mindset, Kat is dedicated to helping investors achieve their long-term goals with clarity and confidence. Outside of work, Kat enjoys spending time at the beach, traveling, and playing chess.
