Justin Fink, a Bay Area native, brings nearly a decade of expertise in commercial real estate, now specializing in multifamily investment sales.
Since 2015, Justin has advised clients on site selection, lease negotiations, and portfolio strategy, building a deep understanding of Northern California’s real estate landscape. Known for delivering tailored solutions, he leverages market insights to drive value and optimize client outcomes.
With experience managing diverse property types and client needs, Justin combines operational strategy with data-driven market analysis. His ability to negotiate effectively and foster lasting relationships makes him a trusted advisor.
Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Justin was a Senior Associate at IPG and a Portfolio Manager at Wilbur Properties, where he led over 60 lease transactions from market analysis through move-in. Justin has a true passion for Investment Real Estate, with a desire to one day be a principal himself.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys being active and getting outdoors by hiking or going to the beach, going to the gym, traveling, and training in mixed martial arts.
