Justin Ergas

Justin Ergas is a Senior Associate working alongside Mario Negris and Martin Moriarty, where he primarily focuses on the sale and leasing of retail properties across Vancouver. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Justin spent 2 years working as an Associate at a multinational commercial real estate brokerage where he received the ‘Rising Star’ award in 2020. During his time within the industry, Justin has sourced and facilitated the disposition of a variety of assets totaling an aggregated value of over $80 million.

Justin’s diverse experience provides him a sophisticated understanding of market dynamics, valuation, and client objectives, which is influential to creating successful outcomes for his clients in the marketing and transaction process. Justin’s diligent and proactive work ethic, coupled with his robust skillset will serve him well for continued success in his career.

Justin graduated from the Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University and earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Majoring in Finance.
