Justin Comber is a discerning and detail-oriented licensed agent and Investment Associate specializing in the acquisition and disposition of Office buildings in the Greater Houston area. Justin’s expertise lies in exclusively representing sellers while offering support to investors and occupiers as they navigate the complex landscape of commercial real estate markets.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Justin held a prominent leadership position as CEO and CFO of South Africa’s largest youth media and advertising services organization and has a proven track record that includes financial control, strategic marketing, risk and project management, and the development of successful business relationships. Justin has conducted market research, advised on strategic direction, and provided national exposure for a range of blue-chip organizations. This background equips him to add value to clients by effectively managing the intricate processes entailed in commercial real estate transactions. He is able to leverage this experience to evaluate investment opportunities, communicate effectively, negotiate deals, and maximize returns for clients.

Justin holds a Bachelor of Social Science (BSocSci) degree, with a specialization in Marketing and Media & Communication, complemented by minors in Economics, Business Management, and Industrial Psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal (Durban, South Africa). Additionally, he completed post-graduate studies in Strategic Planning from the Association of Advertising Agencies School of Advertising (Cape Town, South Africa) and Financial Management from the University of Cape Town.
