Juan Badessich

Juan Badessich joined the Miami office of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) in July 2023. He is responsible for securing commercial debt and equity financing for an array of property types including multifamily, office and industrial, retail, senior housing and hospitality. He is well connected with national, regional and local funding sources including, but not limited to, agency lenders (E.g. Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), commercial banks, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies, private and public funds and hard money lenders.

Juan specializes in arranging all forms of financing for all asset types with an emphasis on multifamily and retail. His experience with MMCC includes sourcing over $300 million in debt financing for all major asset types (multifamily, retail, industrial, office and hospitality) as well as other specialty asset classes. Prior to joining MMCC, Juan worked as an Underwriter for Walker & Dunlop, closing over $800 million of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac financing for institutional clients.

Juan is a graduate of The George Washington University, where he earned a B.A. degree in Political Science and Business Administration.
