Josh Sciotto

Josh Sciotto joined the Phoenix office in September 2009. Mr. Sciotto is responsible for securing commercial debt financing for an array of property types including multifamily, office and industrial, retail, senior housing and hospitality. With over ten years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and over $2.5 billion in funded loans, he utilizes his expertise and numerous relationships with national, regional and local funding sources to achieve the best results for his clients.

Mr. Sciotto earned his Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Business and Communication from Arizona State University.
