Josh is a Senior Associate with Marcus & Millichap working closely alongside Mario Negris and Martin Moriarty where he specializes in retail sales and leasing in Vancouver. Josh joins Marcus & Millichap after working at a global commercial real estate firm where he gained valuable experience across multiple service types. Josh boasts a diverse set of clients and prides himself in providing the highest level of service to ensure each deal is carried out with care and detail no matter the size of transaction. Josh has helped facilitate over $30 Million in sales and over 120,000 square feet of leases since 2018.
Josh graduated from BCIT where he earned a Diploma in Marketing Management with a focus on Real Estate. Josh started his post-secondary education at UBC studying Sociology while on scholarship for the Varsity Football team.
