Joseph Tabb

Joseph Tabb is a multifamily real estate specialist with The Zupancic Group at Marcus & Millichap’s Washington, DC office. As an Investment Sales Associate, Joseph acts as an advisor to his clients, helping them develop customized real estate investment strategies. His advisory role includes assisting clients in the valuation, acquisition, disposition, and financing of multifamily investment properties. By previously working throughout the city, he gained a great understanding of what it’s like to work, operate, and specialize in the district’s markets. He joined the Washington, D.C. office of Marcus & Millichap in December 2019. As an Associate, Mr. Tabb is responsible for Multifamily Investment Sales. He is well connected with markets throughout Washington, DC, including Cardoza, Logan Circle, Shaw, Dupont Circle, Columbia Heights, Bloomingdale, Le Droit Park, Mt Vernon Square & Brookland.

Joseph Tabb is a native to D.C. Metropolitan Area. He grew up in Potomac, Maryland, where he was able to possess a thorough understanding of the surrounding area. Joseph is an avid fan of all D.C. sports. When Joseph is not working, he enjoys traveling and spend time with family and friends.

Mr. Tabb is a graduate of The College of Charleston where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management. He holds a Real Estate Salesperson license in Washington DC & Maryland. He is also a member of the National Multi-Housing Group. He sees his youth as an asset for providing clients with dynamic, innovative, and personalized results.
