Joseph Carrizales

Joseph is a Real Estate Investment Associate for the Office & Industrial Division that recently closed $3.63 billion in transaction value in 2022. His focus is on Southeast Michigan, Northwest Ohio, Industrial, Office, Warehouse and Logistics properties.

He holds a Bachelor of Science Chemical Engineer from the University of Florida. He works with clients to monetize their equity in industrial and office real estate to realize higher value than a building’s value on their balance sheet or vacant. From identifying and underwriting the transaction, to sourcing the parts of the capital stack and navigating the current situation of interest rates, pool of buyers, business cycle and economic trends, Joseph will position your real estate asset with multiple buyers to get you the best price.

Joseph’s approach and processes are about helping clients achieve their desired outcome, regardless of whether a sale is made. Specifically, Joseph facilitates his client’s evaluation what their “Current, Maintain, Gain and Ideal” situations for them to choose whether to sell, buy, hold, or pivot to best options to create and preserve wealth.

Joseph lives in Frenchtown Harbor the crossroads hub for Port of Monroe, Detroit and Toledo industrial manufacturing, warehousing and logistics operations serving the automotive, chemicals, materials, and food processing industries.
