Joseph Blanga

Joseph is a retail broker at the Marcus and Millichap Austin office. He exclusively represents sellers and buyers of retail (both multi-tenant and single-tenant) throughout the Austin MSA (inclusive of Travis, Hays, Bastrop, Caldwell, and Williamson County).

Since joining Marcus and Millichap in June 2020, Joseph has closed over $62,500,000 of transactions comprised of roughly 400,000 rentable SF and several acres of land tracts. His knowledge of current market conditions, local owners and expertise in transaction management continuously create positive results for his clients. Joseph consistently ranks highly among his peers in the Austin office and recently qualifed for SRA (Sales Recognition Award) as a second year agent.

Joseph's main focus lies in being an advisor and providing value throughout his clients' respective hold period of their assets. By building these relationships and being a consistent performer, he is able to help clients navigate through challenges with their holdings, provide current market data, and implement the solutions or strategies that satisfy their needs.

Joseph is originally from Houston, TX, currently holds a Texas real estate license and has experienced his family members invest in different kinds of assets (land, multifamily, retail). He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in May 2020, and enjoys cooking, exercising, and nature in his free time.
