Joseph Andreatta

Mr. Andreatta began his commercial real estate career with Marcus and Millichap, leveraging his extensive sales background in the finance, fitness, and fine dining industries. His commitment to customer service, honed through experience in fine dining, ensures his clients' needs are paramount. A graduate of California State University of East Bay with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, he was recruited by a longtime acquaintance who is currently an executive managing director in the Ontario office.

Outside work, Mr. Andreatta cherishes time with his wife, Amber, and their children Isabella, Joseph, and Luca. An active musician, he plays drums for his church. He is deeply involved with the Dup15q Alliance, a cause close to his heart as his son Joseph has duplication 15q syndrome. Joe serves on the organization’s fundraising and development committee, excelling in endurance challenges to raise funds. Last year, he completed the Santa Barbara half marathon, the OC Surf City full marathon, and the Long Beach marathon, raising awareness and several thousands for the foundation year after year.
