Jose Escobedo

Jose Escobedo is an industrial and office property specialist with Marcus & Millichap's Minneapolis office. Working at his family's restaurant since 2001 bolstered his business and entrepreneurial experience. In 2015 he obtained his real estate license and began a career in real estate. While selling residential properties, he earned his Graduate Realtor Institute designation along with a Diversity Designation, and served five years on the Minnesota Association of Realtors Governmental Affairs Committee. During his first year in his residential career, he closed over $1.5 million in volume.

Mr. Escobedo is committed to providing excellent customer service and market knowledge to his clients and believes that successful transactions are based on strong relationships. He takes pride in going the extra mile for clients to ensure they are fully informed through each step of the transaction.

Mr. Escobedo resides in Owatonna, Minnesota where he and his wife Christine grew up and now raising their five children. He enjoys being involved in his church, spending time outdoors, as well as coaching youth sports.
