Jordan Ray

Jordan Ray is an industry leading capital markets professional with over two decades of experience having closed over $9 billion in debt and equity over the course of his career. He has been awarded such accolades as the Real Estate Finance and Investment Magazine’s Mortgage Broker of the Year and the NYU Schack Institution Financing Deal of the Year.

Prior to joining IPA Capital Markets, a division of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC), Jordan founded and was the Managing Principal of Mission Capital Debt & Equity, now a subsidiary of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation. He began his career with the Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group in 2002, serving as Managing Director prior to joining Mission Capital.

Jordan holds a master’s degree in real estate finance from New York University and a bachelor’s degree in finance from American University.
