Jordan Ray

Jordan is well known real estate financier who has closed over $9 billion of debt and equity over his career. He has been awarded such accolades as the Real Estate Finance and Investment Magazine’s Mortgage Broker of the Year and the NYU Schack Institution Financing Deal of the Year. Prior to joining IPA Capital Markets, Jordan founded and was the Managing Principal of Mission Capital Debt & Equity, now a part of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation. He began his career with the Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group in 2002, serving as Managing Director prior to joining Mission Capital. Jordan has a master’s degree in real estate finance from New York University and a bachelor’s degree in finance from American University.
