Jordan Migdal

Jordan Migdal is an associate with Marcus & Millichap’s Detroit office, specializing in the sale of multifamily properties throughout Michigan and northern Ohio. Jordan works as part of a highly successful team alongside Chris Futo, Gordon Navarre, and Chase Gilewski, advising clients on investment strategies and helping them achieve their real estate goals with a focus on expertise and proven results.

Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2021, Jordan has contributed to the team's track record totaling more than $1 billion in sales across the Midwest. His ability to provide clients with strategic insights and personalized guidance makes him a trusted adviser in the multifamily investment market. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Jordan gained valuable experience in corporate travel management.

A native of West Bloomfield, Jordan earned a Bachelor of Arts in hospitality business from Michigan State University. Outside of work, he remains passionate about fostering client success through his industry knowledge and collaborative approach.
