Jonathon McClellan is an Executive Managing Director with Institutional Property Advisors, a division of Marcus & Millichap, and Senior Director of the National Manufactured Housing Communities Group. Based in the Cleveland office, he specializes in the sale and marketing of manufactured housing communities nationwide. As leader of the McClellan MHC Group, Jonathon provides property owners and investors with tailored strategies to achieve their investment goals, emphasizing integrity and credibility in every transaction.

With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Jonathon has completed more than 840 MHC transactions totaling over $9.3 billion in value (as of May 2026).
