Jon Silvers is an associate with Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office and a member of the Delaney Self-Storage Group. Specializing in self-storage properties across Wisconsin and Michigan, Jon brings a knowledgeable, creative and client-focused approach to helping investors optimize their real estate strategies in this dynamic sector.
Jon joined Marcus & Millichap in 2024, bringing prior experience as a tenant representation broker with Bradford Allen, where he specialized in Chicago office space, and as the head of business development for Summit Design and Build, a Chicago-based general contractor. This diverse background equips him with a unique perspective and a relentless commitment to achieving exceptional results for his clients.
A native of Highland Park, Jon earned a Bachelor of Science in public affairs from Indiana University. He is a passionate Cincinnati Reds and Bengals fan and enjoys spending his weekends golfing with friends, exploring Chicago’s vibrant restaurant scene and connecting with family.
