John Wagner

John Wagner of Marcus & Millichap’s Houston Office specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multi-tenant retail assets in Texas. Mr. Wagner’s expertise in the retail space, paired with Marcus & Millichap’s platform, allows him to advise buyers and sellers to make the best decisions per each client’s individual needs and goals. Mr. Wagner is continually expanding his knowledge and expertise in the Houston Retail space to provide top quality professional advisory services to all of his clients.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Wagner proudly attended Texas A&M University where he obtained a BBA with a focus on Entrepreneurial Management. Mr. Wagner then spent three years as a Leasing Agent with Brixmor Property Group. Mr. Wagner’s time at Brixmor allowed him to learn and develop a passion for retail assets while also giving him the inside perspective of an owner/operator. When Mr. Wagner is not engaged in assisting clients with retail acquisitions and dispositions, he enjoys an active lifestyle, great food, and spending time with friends and family.
