John Slowinski is an Associate Director with Marcus & Millichap's Washington, DC office. He is responsible for multifamily and mixed-use investment sales, advisory, and research throughout the Washington Metropolitan Area, John has distinct experience in distressed asset sales, TOPA (Tenant Opportunity to Purchase Act) transactions, land/development sales, and multifamily and mixed-use transactions across a wide range of the market. He is well connected with a vast network of industry professionals, from private to institutional investors, developers, lenders, and attorneys, offering valuable and timely insights to his clients. John has facilitated the closing of over $150,000,000 in assets during his time with Marcus & Millichap.
John is a graduate of Bucknell University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and minor in Chinese Language. He currently holds a salesperson license in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
