John E. Brigel

John E. (Jay) Brigel is a first vice president investments in the firm's Tampa, Florida office and CoStar POWERBROKER, specializing in student housing and market rate multifamily as well as net-leased properties. He is a seasoned sales and marketing professional who has successfully transacted in excess of hundreds of millions in sales over the course of his career. Licensed in Florida, Georgia and Alabama, John has forged many long-term relationships over the course of his 14-year career resulting in selling multiple assets multiple times. Mr. Brigel joined Marcus & Millichap in 2004 and has received multiple national sales recognition awards. He was elected senior associate in 2007. John was elected associate vice president investments and an associate director of the Multi Housing Group in 2013 and rose to vice president investments in July 2014. In 2017, Mr. Brigel achieved First Vice President Investments.
