As First Vice President Investments with Marcus & Millichap's San Francisco office, Joe specializes in the analysis, marketing, and sale of multifamily investment properties throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and Northern California.
Joe's expertise spans the full spectrum of real estate investment scenarios, including existing buildings, new construction (Pre-CofO), value-add opportunities, entitled land, and raw land for ground-up development. While maintaining a specific focus on multifamily investments and NNN exchange properties, Joe has also built a proven track record across diverse asset classes including student housing, transit-oriented development sites, office, industrial, and hospitality properties.
