Jim Wilkins

Jim Wilkins joined the Denver office of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation in April 2023. Mr. Wilkins is responsible for securing commercial debt and equity financing for an array of property types including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, senior housing and hospitality. He is well connected with national, regional, and local funding sources including agency lenders (eg., Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), commercial banks, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies and debt funds.

Prior to joining MMCC, Mr. Wilkins served as the CFO with Tovia Capital and was also a Commercial Banking Officer at FirstBank in Nashville, TN.

Mr. Wilkins is a graduate of Texas Christian University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance.
