Jim Davis

Jim Davis joined Marcus & Millichap in 2015 as an Associate Director with the National Multi-Housing Group. With over 19 years of commercial real estate experience, Davis has represented numerous clients in the disposition and acquisition of investment properties throughout the Carolinas. Davis has a strong knowledge of the commercial real estate market and has established himself as a trusted advisor, providing expertise in all aspects of client representation. Davis is a licensed broker in North and South Carolina and is also a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designee.

Prior to working in commercial investment brokerage, Davis was involved as a principal in the development of multi-family and retail properties throughout the Carolinas. This development experience has helped him establish an extensive network with brokers and owners throughout the Carolinas and Virginia.
