Jestin Biju

Jestin Biju is an associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, specializing in net lease retail with a focus on gas stations and truck stops nationwide. Leveraging his deep industry knowledge and hands-on experience, he helps clients navigate the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate, delivering expert advice and data-driven strategies to achieve their investment goals.

Biju brings a unique blend of expertise to his role, honed through years of hands-on management in the gas station industry and a robust finance background. He gained valuable work and management experience pertaining to his property type focus through assisting at his father's gas station business. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, he worked with NextGenGrowth Partners as a private equity intern and with Elite Gaming Midwest as a financial intern. While earning his finance degree at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, he developed quantitative trading models, showcasing his analytical acumen and setting himself apart in the field with a charismatic approach to client relationships.

Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Biju attended the city’s top-ranked Northside College Preparatory High School before pursuing his education at Indiana University. Outside of work, he trains in jiu-jitsu and muay Thai, enjoys reading books by authors like Ray Dalio and Eckhart Tolle, and maintains a strong connection to his roots in Kerala. He is fluent in Malayalam and English, while also being able to speak Spanish.
