Jesse Kay

Jesse Kay is a Senior Director of Investments at Marcus & Millichap and a member of the Nowak Group, where he specializes in the sale of multifamily, mixed-use, industrial, and development properties throughout Brooklyn. Since joining the firm in 2014, Jesse has closed more than 50 investment sales transactions totaling over $165 million.

Jesse was promoted to Associate Director of Investments in 2018, Director of Investments in 2025, and most recently to Senior Director of Investments in 2026. He is known for delivering data-driven insights that maximize value and align with his clients’ strategic investment goals. Jesse has extensive experience structuring and executing 1031 exchanges, advising investors on transitioning into a range of alternative asset classes. By leveraging Marcus & Millichap’s national platform, he provides clients with access to markets and opportunities tailored to their long-term investment objectives.

He earned his degree from Boston University in 2014. Outside of work, Jesse enjoys traveling, sports, and staying ahead of emerging real estate trends.
